The above announcement by Samual Herd raises many questions.
I will just ask the following.

If 'the kingdom work is expanding at an accelerate pace' - would you not be needing more bethel branches, more assembly halls, more kingdom halls, more bethel workers, more special pioneers?

If 'the kingdom work is expanding at an accelerate pace' - you would be doing the complete opposite of what you are saying Mr Herd.
Expanding and downsizing, do not mean the same thing.
Not in the real world anyway.

And yet the need of more explanation!
