Who really is the Faithful and Discreet Slave?

'The holy spirit helps responsible representatives of the faithful and discreet slave'

Is this saying that the holy spirit does not have any dealings with the Governing Body, the anointed ones?

Quote :

'The Governing Body as a whole considers adjusted explanations.
What they learn, they publish for the benefit of all'

As 'responsible representatives of the faithful and discreet slave' are helped by the holy spirit 'to discern deep truths that were not previously understood'

And as the Governing Body does not have any direct help from the holy spirit, the question has to be asked.

Who really is the Faithful and Discreet Slave?
